Shipping policy

All Bird jewellery is made to order. We will only begin making your order after we have received full payment. We aim to ship your order within 5 weeks. 

For UK delivery we use Royal Mail Special Delivery with insurance to match the value of your order. This will require a signature upon arrival. We can only ship your order once payment has been received and the delivery address has been approved

Shipping costs are estimated in the check out process, and are subject to additional fees based on the order total, shipping destination and cost to insure your delivery. 

Orders will not be shipped to P.O. Boxes. All orders are processed Monday through Friday, and delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays.

Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email update with shipping details and a tracking number. In the event of a production delay, we will notify you with an updated timeframe. Bird cannot be held liable for unanticipated delays in shipping or address verification.

Please inspect your order on receipt. Please contact us immediately if your order is damaged or defective or if you have received the wrong item. This will enable us to deal with any issues promptly.

Please Note: Your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved. 

Due to rises in shipping costs and import duties, we currently only deliver to the UK. If you live outside of the UK please contact us at hello@birdlondon.co.uk.
